Project SEARCH Job Coach
Term of Employment: Part time, 9 months
Salary Range: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour DOE, 30 hrs. /week, benefits
Description:
The Project SEARCH High School Transition Program is a nine month educational program for students with developmental disabilities. The program will take place entirely at University of Arizona medical Center – South Campus where there is total immersion in the workplace through teaching, learning, continuous feedback and application of new skills. The goal for each student is competitive employment in the community using the skills they acquire at UAMC – South Campus.
Qualifications:
• One year experience working with school age children in a formal setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old
• Must provide current Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
• Current negative TB test (within the last 6 months)
• MMR Immunization
Screening will be February 10, 2012.
