Why JTED?
Mission Statement
We deliver premier career and technical education in partnership with business, industry and community stakeholders.
JTED in 2008/2009 Will:
- Enhance existing Career and Technical Education classes.
- Support new JTED programs in the Pima County high schools.
- Encourage pilot programs between and among districts.
- Develop opportunities with Pima Community College.
- Serve Charter, Home & Private school students.

Career and Technical Education Clusters
JTED programming for 2007-2008 will be through the member district's high schools and Pima Community College. These existing and new programs will be deemed "satellites" and must demonstrate enhancement of the current program through one or more of the listed criteria. Pilot programs involving two or more districts may be established. Delineation of district programs will be accomplished through IGA's to be completed and approved by respective governing boards no later than June 15, 2007.
